The National Organization for Rivers (NORS) is working to assert public-trust ownership of thousands of miles of rivers that are presently treated as private. This movement helps conserve these rivers and riverside lands, and ensure public access rights for non-destructive recreation. For more information on this go to How NORS Works For You.

NORS "coaches" the U.S. River Conservation Team, giving people nationwide legal tools and encouragement for working on river conservation and access. Your NORS membership makes this possible. For more information go to The U.S. River Conservation Team.
